a virtual run or walk or whatever you want on Thanksgiving Day
all benefiting Halfway There Rescue, who rescues, fosters, transports, and finds homes for unwanted, abandoned, and abused dogs in the Carolinas
How to participate
1. run or walk a 5k, mile, whatever you want on Thanksgiving
2. post an IG story and tag us @frnkdesignco / @frnkandcobewing
3. we’ll donate $5 to Halfway There Rescue for everyone that does steps 1 & 2 ($30/person with sponsor matches)*
4. drink an official Frnkful 5K beer if you have one
5. eat a bunch of food and drink a responsible amount of beer knowing you worked out on a holiday and supported a good cause
*frank says up to 60 people
